At Rapidsoaker, we are committed to delivering your water blaster as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find details about our order processing, shipping times, costs, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing Time

Order Handling: Once you place an order, our team springs into action. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During this processing time, we verify your payment, prepare your items, and package everything securely.

Note: If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. High-demand periods (such as sales or holidays) might extend processing times slightly, but we will communicate any unusual delays.

Shipping Times & Destinations

Worldwide Shipping: Rapidsoaker ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get our electric water guns to your doorstep. Our standard estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: Approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe & UK: Approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Asia & Pacific Regions: Approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Other International Destinations: Roughly 10–20 business days, depending on the country.

Please note these timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery dates can vary based on your exact location, local postal schedules, and any customs processing in your country. Remote areas or regions with limited transportation services might experience slightly longer shipping times.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use reputable international carriers for shipping (e.g., local postal service, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and best available option).

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey. It may take 1-3 days for tracking information to update after you receive the number, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement immediately.

  • Delivery: Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. If you realize a mistake in your address after ordering, contact us immediately at rapidsoaker15@gmail.com.

Shipping Fees & International Taxes

We strive to keep shipping costs affordable and transparent:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you finalize your order. In many cases, we offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee for simplicity. If we ever run free shipping promotions or have order minimums for free shipping, those will be clearly indicated at checkout as well.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: For international orders (outside of our base country), please be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches your country. Rapidsoaker is not responsible for these additional charges. Any such fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you are unsure about potential fees.

  • Shipping of Multiple Items: If you order multiple products, we will usually ship them together. In rare cases, your items might arrive in separate packages (for example, if they are coming from different fulfillment centers). If that happens, we will provide tracking numbers for each package and ensure you are not paying extra shipping beyond what was shown at checkout.

Delays and Issues

While we do our best to meet the above delivery estimates, occasionally there can be delays due to reasons beyond our control (weather disruptions, customs clearance delays, carrier issues, etc.). If your shipment is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. We can assist by contacting the carrier and updating you on the status.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, or if it’s stalled in transit for an unusually long time, contact us at rapidsoaker15@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with any damage, please take photos of the package and the item, and email us right away. We will make it right, whether that means sending a replacement product or providing a refund for the damaged item.
