At Rapidsoaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy within 30 days of receiving your item.

Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including any accessories or manuals).

Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt when requesting a refund to help us locate your purchase.
Note: Items that are damaged by the customer, visibly used, or missing parts of the original package may not qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item doesn’t meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at rapidsoaker15@gmail.com with your order details (order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return). Our customer service team will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item.

Return Authorization: In some cases, we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or a prepaid shipping label (typically only if the product arrived damaged or incorrect). Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your return. Updates on the status of your refund will be provided promptly:

Approval & Timeline: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after approval for the credit to appear in your bank or credit card account. (Processing times can vary by financial institution.)

If Declined: If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, if the product is not in original condition), we will inform you via email. You may choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense if a refund cannot be issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included a shipping charge, that amount will not be refunded (except in cases where we sent you a wrong or defective item). Any restocking fees (if applicable for unusually large or bulk returns) will be communicated to you in advance.
